His practical expertise and forward-thinking mindset led to a move to Singapore, where he quickly rose to become General Manager for Asia Pacific, overseeing regional operations for a leading global print technology company. He later added global sales and marketing responsibilities, driving expansion and commercial success in key international markets.

After decades in senior executive roles and hundreds of engagements across the packaging, print, and labels ecosystem, Scott launched GIX Nexus—a consultancy dedicated to helping businesses in Asia Pacific navigate complexity, drive innovation, and build sustainable growth.
